I have excellent record of accomplishment in the residential home venue. For the past eight years, I have been a self-employed as an independent contractor as a Certified Mobile Notary Signing Agent, for SE Wisconsin &Northern Illinois. I am RON Certified, bonded, background screened and insured with E&O.I understand all loan documentation and the process one goes threw from start to finish.
In addition to notary signings, I also have provided many independent contract work rolls, some are personal assistant ,bank draw inspections, new construction expediting, new construction project management, updating condition reports, mortgage leader inspections, and more. I have
enjoyed this work for more than 20 years.
