Types of notary experience can vary extensively. While some may have their notary through their current or past work but rarely use it, I have experience in large projects with multiple signatories, and many different types of closing transactions. I am highly professional, but in addition I am courteous and friendly - always ready to be a helpful guide through what can be a confusing, lengthy process. I’ve handled probate and end of life planning documentation (some of which were at hospitals or nursing homes), credit facility closings, and real estate closings. Also, if you choose me to be your notary, some of the first things I’ll communicate to you is to please ask questions, take your time, and to not get overwhelmed.
