• Analyze and evaluate major contractual/procurement aspects of mission-oriented programs
• Ensure that necessary planning, coordination, approvals, negotiation, and other requirements are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure work is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Utilize knowledge in procurement statutes, regulations and contracting methods, policies, procedures, and contract types to plan
and carry out pre-award and post-award procurement actions
• Addresses any funding discrepancies and devises and implement measures to rectify those issues
• Conduct market research to identify commercial products that will fulfill customer needs
