Training will cover the following:

- Loan Closing Documents, Acknowledgments, Deed of Trust, Subordinate Agreement, Signature Affidavit, Mortgage Note, Affidavit of Owner Occupancy and so much more!
- Learning where you and the buyer should sign on the loan documents and how to explain the document to the client(s).
- Learn How to Start Your Own Mobile Notary Business
We will get you fully trained and up to speed on how to become a Mobile Signing Agent.

Time frame: 3 – 4 hour course to complete at your own pace
Average Earnings: $85.00 to $200.00 per loan signing closing appointment
*Most notary signing agents complete 4 to 6 appointments per day.
