KEY DUTIES:
• Conduct remote notarization of mortgage documents for clients in various locations.
• Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required.
• Accurately complete notarial certificates and logs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with clients.
KEY PROFILE:
• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence (U.S.).
• Proficient in remote notarization platforms and technologies.
• Knowledge of mortgage documents and industry terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant state and federal notary laws and regulations.
