• Strong understanding of real estate documents and transaction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Reliable transportation (if performing in-person signings) and access to necessary technology for remote signings.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing, based on experience and location.
