Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is a leading provider of mobile notary signing services, dedicated to exceptional convenience and efficiency. We specialize in facilitating on-the-go notarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability. Currently, we seek a Traveling Signature Witness to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as witnesses for various legal documents, verifying the identities of signing parties and witnessing their signatures to ensure document authenticity and validity. Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization for a range of documents such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan agreements. Verify identities and certify documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Notary Public commission.
- Legal knowledge, witnessing experience, mobile notary training, communication skills, and professionalism is essential.
PREFERRED:
Experience in Legal or Administrative Roles: Previous experience working in legal, administrative, or customer service roles can provide valuable insight into witnessing legal documents and interacting with clients.
Bilingual or Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages can be beneficial, especially in diverse communities where clients may prefer to conduct business in their native language.
Advanced Technology Skills: Mastery of technology platforms used for mobile notarization and document management can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in providing notary services on the go.
Legal Background: A background in law, paralegal studies, or related fields can provide a deeper understanding of legal documents and the implications of notarial acts, allowing the Traveling Signature Witness to offer expert guidance to clients.
Membership in Professional Associations: Membership in professional associations such as the National Notary Association (NNA) or state-specific notary associations can provide access to resources, networking opportunities, and ongoing education to further develop skills and knowledge in the field.
Positive References and Reviews: Good reviews and positive references from previous clients can demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality notary services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set-up. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
