Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Notary Manager to work virtually in the U.S.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Provide oversight and direction to the Notary Team in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Training will be provided.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work from home.
  • Computer and Internet.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

Responsibilities

DAILY TASKS:

• Empower notaries to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and provide regular feedback.

• Lead employees to meet our enterprise clients’ expectations for quality and customer service.

• Provide customer service to our enterprise clients as well as customers signing their documents.

• Assist in coaching, mentoring and developing staff, including training and overseeing new notary on-boarding.

• Assist in creating training material.

• Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through online meetings, and appropriate email, IM, Text, etc.

• Provide quality control by reviewing reports, spreadsheets etc., to help assist in identifying the root cause and trends.

• Proven experience in customer service as a lead/manager.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
