PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT

All payments are due on time each month and we do not honor any grace periods.

We will bill the debit/credit card on file for 30 days from the initial sign-up billing date.

If you fail to make the next payment on time then we have the right to accelerate the payment balance due in full as well as a 15% interest on your final bill immediately.

If the remaining balance is not paid in full at that time, then we will have to submit your account with our 3rd party collections company, which will reflect a poor standing on your credit history report until the balance is paid off in full.

EXISTING NOTARY: Premier Job Boosting Service with a Background Check & E/O Insurance - TOTAL PAYMENT: $544.00 FIRST INSTALLMENT: $272.00 (today). Then you will be billed $136.00 every 30 days until the balance is down to $0.00. The amounts that are billed in installments are $272.00, and $136.00, and the final bill will be $136.00. All of which amounts to the total payment ($544.00).
