Job Description: We are currently seeking a Portable Specialist in Notary Signings to join our team. As a Portable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert notarial services at various locations, catering to the diverse needs of our clientele. From loan signings to legal documents, you will ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct notarial acts accurately and efficiently at designated locations.
- Verify the identity of signatories and witness their signatures on legal documents.
- Administer oaths and affirmations as required by law.
- Maintain meticulous records of notarial acts and adhere to all confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific notarization needs and provide professional guidance.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations governing notarial acts.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Notary Public
- Notarize loan documents.
- A high-speed Internet connection. Reliable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set-up.
- Proven experience in performing notarial acts, with a strong understanding of notary laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
