  Motivated mortgage broker with over 40 years of experience, loan officer and real estate agent experience, enabling me to establish a family-owned company that was very profitable until 2008.

   I opened Sterling in 1996 and worked with little to no time off for myself. I made Sterling my-everything and it was quite a blow for me when I had to close it. I am a much happier person when I am working. I have a lot of knowledge and believe I have a lot to offer and contribute. In 2008 I had to close Sterling. This was the hardest decision of my life, but it was costing me more to keep it open than I was making.

  CAR ACCIDENT: Houston, TX 2013 to present

   I was injured in 2013 in a car accident- my neck was broken, several spinal injuries, pelvic was broken in 5 places

   My left arm and hand were almost destroyed. I literally had to learn to walk again after I healed. The physical damages were horrific enough, but I also had to deal with the mental damages it did. I was run over in my own driveway by my granddaughter who a few months later had a breakdown due to her guilt.

   Bought, remodeled and sold residential property until I was physically injured in a car accident.

   I originated loans for several builders and real estate agents

   Gave weekly reports on all open files and worked until the file was closed and funded

   Set up lenders, shipping loans when they closed, trained all loan officers and processors
