I provided administrative support and accompanied him into the jail to interview clients. Over the past month I have become familiar with the proceedings in all three of these court settings. I helped maintain the safety of the building by communicating issues with the management and OSHA. I used the QuickBooks accounting system for Guild income and expenses. I had oversight of the Guild Treasurer and ensured that the record keeping was proper and conformed to state and federal guidelines. The Guild provided long term disability insurance benefits for its’ members. I assisted those in need in applying for benefits by acting as a liaison between the insurance company and the employee. I became deeply knowledgeable in labor contracts and arbitration over my nine years as Guild Administrator.
