I have recently (2019) decided to step out on my own and become a full time Mobile Notary / Certified Signing Agent. I am currently able to provide services in MA & RI (& are awaiting details of my date to be commissioned in NH)
I have a vast knowledge of all aspects of a conveyance / real estate closing process. (including: refinances, private lending, purchases, REO’s, 40B, HELOC’s, reverse mortgages, VA lending, loan application process, loan modification, and more). I have just recently also became RON certified through PAVASO.
I am willing to travel to client and provide them with the best energy and knowledge experience one has to offer. (including: public settings, clients home, hospitals & nursing homes, prisons, military bases, just to name a few)
A common question that seems to be asked is: how many signings I am capable of performing a day, and I can confidently say 8 (and if they are all in the general area / county that number can increase substantially)
