RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform notarizations for various documents, especially loan documents, adhering to legal requirements. Travel to clients' locations to conduct notarial acts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of notarized documents.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public certification. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set-up. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
