SPECIALTY: Authentication of documents.

OVERVIEW: Verify the authenticity of signatures and documents for our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing crucial services to our customers.

KEY DUTIES:

• Verify the identity of individuals signing documents through video conferencing and other remote authentication methods.
• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of documents presented for notarization.
• Administer oaths and affirmations as required by law.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable notary laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of notarial acts.
• Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the remote notarization process.
• Stay informed about changes in notary laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

KEY PROFILE:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence (U.S.).
• Experience in remote notarization is a plus.
• Strong understanding of notary laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in video conferencing tools and document verification technologies.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, reliable computer with a camera and microphone, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
