Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking commissioned Notaries Public to complete Remote Online Notarizations (RON) and Mobile Loan Signings. Demand is high due to the growth of virtual and mobile real estate transactions.

ROLE SUMMARY: Perform online notarizations on approved RON platforms and conduct in-person loan signings. Duties include verifying identification, guiding borrowers through documents, ensuring accurate execution, maintaining records, and returning completed packages. Offering both RON and mobile services increases assignment volume.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer with webcam is required.

COMPENSATION: Earn $75–$200+ per closing, plus additional fees for travel, scanbacks, same-day, remote, and after-hours sessions. Many Notaries earn $800–$3,000+ weekly, depending on availability.

• Verify identity and follow state requirements.
• Complete electronic journals and certificates.

Mobile Loan Signings

• Travel to client locations.
• Review and notarize mortgage packages (refinance, purchase, HELOC, modifications, reverse mortgages).
