Certified Mobile Notary Service  (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a dedicated Remote Notary to provide exceptional notarial services specifically tailored for real estate professionals. Responsibilities:

• Perform remote notarial acts for various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and deeds.

Requirements:

• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• Previous experience as a notary public, with a strong emphasis on notarizing real estate documents, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with remote notarization platforms and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with real estate professionals and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all documents are properly executed and compliant with legal standards.
