Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Mobile Notary located in Oklahoma City, OK, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The Mobile Notary will be responsible for authenticating signatures, certifying legal documents, witnessing the signing of forms, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents. The role requires frequent travel to meet with clients and maintain professionalism to facilitate critical transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Notary services and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong knowledge of Law, Family Law, and related regulations
• Ability to perform precise Research and quality document reviews
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions
• Reliable transportation to attend client appointments
• Active Notary Public commission certification in the state of Oklahoma
• Prior experience in a legal or administrative support role is a plus

Compensation: $75.00 - $200.00 per loan closing
