Responsibilities:

Meet clients at their locations to provide notary services as needed, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while adhering to legal guidelines and state-specific notary requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the signing process.
Complete all required documentation and ensure proper handling of all notarized documents.

Manage your own schedule and take assignments based on availability.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a background check (state-specific requirements may apply).
Ability to become certified as a Notary Public in your state.
Willingness to complete necessary training and certification for Notary Signing Agents.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
