Certified Mobile Notary Service is actively hiring professional and entry-level Mobile Notary Signing Agents to help complete loan document signings in all 50 states. If you enjoy helping people, want a flexible schedule, and seek a high-demand career, this is the perfect opportunity.
Job Overview:
As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you will meet with borrowers, verify identity, witness signatures, and ensure all real estate loan documents are executed accurately. You will travel to client homes, offices, or public locations—or meet online for approved RON signings—depending on your state.
Compensation:
Earn $75–$200 per loan signing, depending on document type, distance, and client needs.
What You Will Do:
Perform loan document signings for refinances, buyer/seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, debt settlements, and general notary work.
Confirm borrower identity following state notary laws.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Scan back and overnight documents as required by hiring companies.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
Must be a Notary Public (or willing to become one).
Reliable transportation (for mobile signings).
Professional communication and time-management skills.
