RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer oaths/affirmations. Take acknowledgments. Take verifications upon an oath or affirmation. Witness or attest signatures. Certify or attest copies. Note a protest of a negotiable instrument (subject to restrictions). Certify that an event has occurred or an act has been performed.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public certification.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
