Description
Certified Mobile Notary Service is expanding our national signing agent network and seeking dedicated, detail-oriented notaries to conduct loan closings.
Responsibilities: Meet clients at scheduled times and locations. Complete full loan signing packages with precision. Return completed documents through FedEx/UPS or secure upload. Maintain logbooks, journals, and proper ID verification. Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services.
Qualifications: Active Notary Commission (or obtain one through our training). Smartphone or laptop for communication and scanbacks. Ability to travel within your local area.
Earnings: $75–$200 per loan closing Additional pay for same-day requests, travel fees, and scanbacks.
