I used to be a big fan of Snapdocs because they would send me high paying signing jobs. Now the quality of job assignments has gone down and most appointments I receive now are 1 to 2 hours away from my home with a lower pay level and the jobs get filled fast if you don’t respond quick enough!
I decided to use https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com which is a better job platform that lists a variety of loan signing services in their employer job portal. I’ve had the best success of getting a notary signing agent loan jobs with earning $100.00 – $175.00 per loan signing appointment. I usually do 3 to 5 appointments per day now and work full-time as a 1099 contractor.
