I have enjoyed a few years of retirement, but am now interested in finding another rewarding career. My last position was with a large health care company that owned 50 plus facilities. I worked as the corporate administrator. My job duties including overseeing the vendor contract department, setting up and maintaining all real estate holding companies, and licensing to name a few of my many responsibilities. Previous to that I worked as a paralegal specializing in real estate, contract and corporate law. I drafted documents, prepared loan closings, reviewed real estate titles, created and maintained business entities and associated tax filings, handled loan closings as well as many other duties. I have also worked as a mortgage loan originator, a closer for a title company, had my real estate license, worked as a loan processor, worked as a bank loan operations manager and lending officer. I am very detail and goal oriented, stay on task, motivated and experienced.
