Hello, My name is Samuel Perry. I am a twenty year combat war veteran. My last duty assignment was the First Sergeant leading my troops into harms way in Iraq, in 2002. We deployed right after the world trade center was attacked. We were their for 8 month, and after returning I retired in 2006. Then I took a job as a middle school teacher, teaching our young people about leadership and discipline, something like JROTC, but at the middle school level. I started in 2006 with 40 cadets that year, and by the time I retired from teaching in 2019, I had the largest program in Fort Worth ISD. I then spent the next couple of months watching my wife go off to work every morning, and both of my boys are able to take care of themselves. I got bored. So I decided to start a company flipping houses, but quickly did not enjoy trying to talk people out of their homes, at a steep discount because they fell on hard times, this just didn't feel right. What I did learn from this is the real estate paperwork. This set me up for what I am doing now, Loan signing agent. One thing about me is I am a perfectionist, and will never make the same mistake twice. I spent the better part of a 6 months just learning everything that I could about being a loan signing agent. I will put in the same energy that made me successful in the careers before becoming a signing agent. I look forward to getting an opportunity to work for the many companies on this site.
