* Provides technical support to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot technical systems associated with providing critical patient care. Identifies, investigates, tracks, and resolves multilevel project, design, or application/server/system errors, ensuring the solution is timely and of acceptable quality. Provides on-call technical support as needed.
