Experience
I came up with a program to help people relax but in a conscious way. The program is called Art to Heart.
Art to Heart is a music interpretation therapy program, geared at using the art of music to reach the heart of man.
It was founded in 2016 as one of the many brilliant ideas I often come up with while spending time alone at home. I thought to myself what has helped me through the years, to navigate things mentally and put things into perspective? Music. Songs. It has also helped in a way of catharsis- purging of the emotions; which is the very purpose of the arts, according to Aristotle. And then to think why not have a session, or platform where people listen to inspirational music and then have an analytical discussion about the song. That is Art to Heart.
