In this role, my responsibilities are developing and delivering successful sales techniques for an office of six independent agents, in addition to also being the primary source of agent training on Arkansas real estate license laws, rules, and regulations. The strict overall training of our agents led to a 12% decrease in client complaints between 2022 – 2024. Assisting clients with contract terms, customization, and transaction negotiations has caused me to be creative and forward thinking as we aid clients in the successful closing of their real estate transactions.
