Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Provides support to Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit, and Intake/Assessment by assisting with various organizational activities and preparation of statistical reports as directed. Coordinates and oversees office and supply management for department/unit operation; Coordinates and oversees special projects as requested by leadership team; Coordinates meetings and electronic conference calls, and takes minutes for meetings as requested; Demonstrates competencies in Microsoft Office/365 applications such as: Access, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, etc.; Maintains employee files, confidential paperwork, payroll expert; Monitors expiration/due date for department/unit staff such as, but not limited to: licenses, performance appraisals, certifications, and attendance; Receives and screens all correspondence, determining appropriate action; Notarization of legal documentation.
