Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Retail Mortgage Processor to work remotely in the U.S.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and internal customers.
Check reports and follow-up on assigned loans.
Ensure timely handling of all loan files.
Work within all posted service levels on all loans.
Review and evaluates documentation for completeness and communicates to customers on a one-on-one basis regarding loan status and any additional required documentation.
Work with the loan officer, borrower, and closer to provide updates, address any issues with loan files, and assure a smooth closing.
Submit completed loan files for underwriting approval.
Understand and adheres to mandatory compliance guidelines and attend training as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3/+ years of Retail Processing experience
3/+ years of working with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA & VA
Encompass experience is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
