JOB TYPE: Full-time
KEY FUNCTIONS:
Partner with the borrower to get appropriate documentation.
Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy.
Review credit reports of buyer.
Meet metrics as defined by management.
Work with borrowers, Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriting and vendors.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of loan processing experience.
Experienced in Residential Mortgage, Loan Processor, Mortgage loans, FHA, Conventional, and VA.
KEY SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology.
Maintain knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and changes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
High level of customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and quality-focused.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
