JOB TYPE: Flexible; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

THE MISSION:

• Work with data management across multiple systems including Orion, Albridge and DocuPace, with responsibility for establishing, maintaining, mapping, and reconciling product data feeds across systems.
• Work on a broad array of platforms and offer an opportunity to see the industry from a wide perspective. Build deep relationships with the field partners and offer them support that is tailored to the needs of their particular business model.
• Provide user management services to field financial professionals, clients, and back-office users to firm technology platforms. Those services include adding new users, removing terminated users, and editing access for existing users.
• Perform data access management functions in which account level data feeds are established and maintained along with applicable mapping from the data source to the viewing and reporting platforms.
• Provide support, consultation, and training of the various firm technology platforms that include the clearing and custodial platforms, and multiple third-party platforms that provide functionality including Portfolio Management, Reporting, and a Client Portal.
• Provide partners (both field producers and internal) with a consultative approach to the wealth management technology ecosystem, allowing them to bring a superior level of support to investors.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 2-4 years of overall experience with wealth management platforms, data integrations, and complex FinTech platform ecosystem combinations is required.
• Previous experience with Orion is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
