Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Loan Advisor to work in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Originate new loans for prospective borrowers.
Interview applicants to assess their loan requirements.
Analyze detailed financial, credit data, and documentation.
Monitor the loan application and provide progress reports to the applicants.
Assist processing with restructuring of loans as needed.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of lending programs and guidelines, ensuring compliance with all lending policies, rules and regulations.
Obtain licenses in multiple states.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year minimum of experience in originating residential home loans.
Federal Mortgage Loan Originator license is required.
Licensed in multiple states is preferred but is not required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Strong mortgage technical skills involving product guidelines, documentation requirements, underwriting guidelines, and pricing.
Personable and adept at developing and deepening relationships, providing exemplary service, and converting sales opportunities.
Detail-oriented and well organized with excellent written and verbal communication.
Encompass and Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but is not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Home office set-up, Internet, and a computer.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

BENEFITS: 401(k), PTO
