You will call notaries to get them scheduled with customers to notarize their documents in their local area in a timely manner.

 Oversee and execute the digital signing for borrowers.
 Host/engage the digital closing during a video call with borrowers,
walk through closing documents, answer questions, and facilitate a
remote online notary.
 Provide a lasting impression on behalf of your services as borrowers
execute documents for the financing of one of their largest and most
important purchases.
 Set up technology and documents in preparation for the closing
ceremony.
 Provide quality assurance for all documents during the closing
processes.
 Facilitate the post close flows in preparation for loan servicing.
 Work with your origination team members in preparation of loan
closings.
 Obtain feedback from users (How can my services improve? What is
missing? Any comments on the systems and ownership of the
process?).
 Share any best practices, prior experience, new learnings, and
challenges across a growing team of origination professionals,
working to disrupt manufactured housing finance.
