Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting the loan file between origination and underwriting by providing support to the Loan Officers and members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS:

Follow up with vendors regarding status and issues with any items received as needed.
Answer member inquiries relating to loan application status to ensure quality member service. Collect Supporting documentation from member as needed with guidance from the Loan Officer.
Provide administrative support in the collection and preparation of submitting loan application and disclosures with supporting documentation. Obtaining signatures from member as needed.
Demonstrates highest levels of customer service, confidentiality and discretion when dealing with the internal and external members.
Maintains well-developed working knowledge of the assigned duties and job functions; keeping up to date and requesting additional training and/or development as needed.

EDUCATION

REQUIRED: High school graduate or GED

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of mortgage loan processing experience / New Notaries are very much welcome to register with us.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
