Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Loan Originator to work virtually in the U.S.

JOB TYPE: Entry-level, Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise prospective and existing customers on various loan programs based on their financial needs.
Obtain and analyze financial and credit information.
Negotiate terms and conditions on loans with applicants.
Act as primary liaison between borrowers, Realtor's and other outside parties, creating a smooth and well-communicated process.
Remain current on trends and developments within local real estate markets as well as changes in industry regulations.
Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and goals are met.
Ensure company policies, state and federal regulations, and other lending best practices are adhered to.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must obtain licensing as a Mortgage Loan Originator prior to originating.
Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service or Finance is preferred.
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

SKILLS:

Comfortable with collecting and analyzing financial information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Goal-driven, self-starter with a team player attitude.
Technology savvy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
