Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now in search of a Bank Notary Signing Agent to work remotely.
SUMMARY:
You will be meeting with clients throughout the week for real estate lender signings. This is an independent contractor role and you will receive a 1099. You must be a U.S. citizen.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Meet with clients at their home or office to sign bank documents for their purchase or refinance.Â
- Show the client where to sign, explain what they are signing, and notarize their signature.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Notary Public in your state.
- Experience explaining legal documents.
- Ability to travel by automobile in your coverage area.
- Pass a background check
- Must be on time, professional, fluent in English, and tech savvy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a computer to receive and print documents.
- Our company will supply you with printing supplies.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
